Plain Jane Alert: Reese Witherspoon Runs Baby Store Errands

Is there another Witherspoon-Toth baby on the way? Reese Witherspoon was spotted going on a quick trip to the baby store, emerging with a sizable green bag full of her purchases. With three children already tucked under her mommy belt, two of whom were from Witherspoon’s first marriage to actor Ryan Philippe, we’d like to think that Reese is already easing herself into baby-making retirement. Maybe the toys are for Reese’s one-year-old Tennessee, her son from her current marriage to Hollywood agent Jim Toth.

The actress was spotted in her usual casual errand jeans-and-top uniform, this time ditching her favorite pair of distressed boyfriend jeans for one with a darker wash. She wore her denims with a green scoop-neck top, a pair of nude heels, and a structured bag in the same nude hue. Reese made a quick escape from the paparazzi by making a beeline to her car.

Reese has always been a stickler for the basics, but we’re still huge fans of her distressed boyfriend jeans compared with these plain janes. Granted, the fit and the light wash of the Koral jeans are gorgeous, but the pair is too basic for Reese’s already basic look (aka boring). Where did Ms. Legally Blonde go?

We totally recommend this pair as a closet staple for fall/winter, though.
