Whether or not you are in the workforce, you can enjoy the fashion benefits of a pantsuit. Gone are the days when pantsuits were relegated to the office and reserved for stern, work-conscious individuals who don’t know anything about the word “fun.”

Now, you can take your pantsuit out for a stylish and fun day! The following bloggers already did that, so you might want to take a cue from them:

1. Doina’s Yellow Pantsuit

Let’s kick-start this list with Doina’s awesome pantsuit. It’s so cheery, you’d be hard-pressed not to like it. Her fashion blog, The Golden Diamonds, is unfortunately no longer available online.

Doina paired it with a basic white button-down top that she just left untucked for that cool, effortless vibe. Then, she gave it an edgier appeal with her ankle-strapped shoes and a printed clutch.

2. Carla’s V-Neck Draped Blouse

Carla’s sleek plaid pantsuit looks perfect with that white v-neck draped blouse. This look proves, yet again, that cropped pants are perfect when paired with ankle boots.

It is a look you can wear both for work and out of it. Don’t miss her blog at The Fashion Through My Eyes.

3. Elizabeth’s Printed Power Suit

While most of us are just starting to inject fun in pantsuits, Elizabeth has mastered the art already. She wears printed pantsuits like it’s nothing. Her ’70s-style outfit is unique and totally attention-grabbing.

Go look for your own bell-bottom pantsuit. If it’s printed, opt for another printed top for a clashing look. Punctuate the look with platform clogs like what Elizabeth from StrangeName did. Go the ’70s all the way with a pair of round sunnies, too!

4. Paula’s Striped Pantsuit

Paula’s striped pantsuit must have gotten her a lot of stares. It does make quite a statement. But since stripes are a big trend this season, embrace it!

Go stripes on stripes like Paula from Beauty Fashion Shopping. Own it with a pair of colored pumps and accessorize with a basic clutch and a statement necklace. This outfit is a nice hobnobbing of minimalist and otherwise.

5. Prisla’s Cute Bow Tie and Mary Janes

Translate the iconic menswear suit into womenswear by styling the way Prisla from Fashberries did — with a cute bow tie, a pair of Mary Jane pumps, and a classic quilted leather bag!

The red suit steals attention, and Prisla held it with her charm. Her blog is unfortunately no longer available online.

6. Renée’s Checkered Power Suit

While the others dolled up in their suits and heels, Renée from Fashion Fillers opted for this casual and laid-back style. She paired her checkered pantsuit with wingtip oxfords.

What’s noteworthy is that she added red socks. Red socks! Talk about spicing things up!

A punch of color is just the thing you need to liven up pieces that lean toward somber. So, if your pantsuit is looking too office-esque, try adding quirky pieces like colored bags or colored socks.

These bloggers really make pantsuit easy to wear! So, what do you think, ladies? Did they give you the confidence to don this staple out of the office? If they did, here are some pieces you might want to snag:
