Hilary Duff was spotted taking her adorable little blond, blue-eyed son, Luca, to another one of their Mommy and Me classes at Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles.

The young mom has been showing exceptional parenting skills for a first-timer, prompting us to assume that these Mommy and Me classes have been proving quite useful for her, coupled, of course, with her natural maternal instincts. That and the fact that according to the actress-entrepreneur, Luca is the sweetest boy she has ever met.

The former ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star had recently suffered the loss of her longtime chihuahua pet, Lola. She tweeted, “Guys! Thank you for all your well wishes for my beautiful Lola. It really means so much when you [are] hurting to know so many people care. ❤U all.”

This was shortly followed by “RIP my beautiful Lola girl ❤ my heart is broken:( Say a prayer for my little angel.” It’s a relief to see her out and about again despite such an evidently broken heart over the loss of her companion.

Hilary slipped on a pair of stepped-hem skinnies by J Brand and matched them with a Rag & Bone pullover, camel heeled boots, and aviators.

We are loving the step detail on her jeans as it lends an element of surprise to the lightly faded and whiskered dark denims. It shows off Hilary’s svelte post-baby body, too. Get your own pair of dark step-hem jeans at Singer22:
