Kim Kardashian must be feeling really good about having finally settled her divorce from ex-husband Kris Humphries. It certainly showed in her outward appearance. After so many fashion misses with regard to her maternity style, she’s finally gotten it right with the white-and-beige outfit she wore to go house hunting last Saturday.

Gone are the belly-hugging, restricting, and super tight clothes that she seemed to not be able to let go of in the early months of her pregnancy. In their place is a comfortable but still cute casual outfit composed of a v-neck tee, a loose white cardigan, white jeans, and flat sandals.

Those jeans are actually maternity jeans and just might be the first piece of maternity clothing that Kim Kardashian has worn out in public! Yes, we know that they don’t appear to be maternity jeans, but you can see in the pictures below how they don’t dig into the stomach and how they accommodate Kim Kardashian’s already evident baby bump quite nicely.

Kim Kardashian’s first ever mommy blog post was about these jeans — the ingeniously designed maternity jeans by J Brand:

Instead of the usual stretchy band that goes over the stomach, these J Brand maternity jeans feature elasticized panels at the front pockets. The panels minimize the bulk, but still do a great job of holding the jeans up over a baby bump.

You can shop for these jeans in the same white version as Kim’s at Shopbop. You’ll find the Bayside blue wash at the J Brand website.
