A denim tuxedo, or what we refer to as double denim here, is very often followed by the word “disaster.” But there’s no chance of that when Gwen Stefani does it.

The forever young and ever-cool mom got away with wearing a denim jacket with denim jeans and pulled it off with aplomb!

It’s not even just a denim jacket and denim jeans outfit, either. That’s a slightly fitted denim jacket with drop-crotch jeans on Gwen, an outfit with proportions that are difficult to pull off.

Yet Gwen made it look as naturally a part of her cool-girl style as possible; she even completed the look with wedge sneakers, one of the hottest trends to hit the shoe scene in recent memory.

Gwen Stefani’s denim jacket is this Paige “Lenny” denim jacket with coated black sleeves:

As for Gwen Stefani’s loose-fit black jeans, they are the 8-picket Bleulab anti-fit jeans. She was accessorized with an ASOS Western, stud waist belt, and Dita Savoy sunglasses.
